Hyatt Clinic’s Platinum Care Concierge Service is an optional membership for Medicare beneficiaries who want additional, non‑covered amenities on top of their routine Medicare‑covered care.
Important: You do not have to join the Platinum Care Concierge Service to receive medically necessary care at Hyatt Clinic. If you choose not to enroll, you will continue to receive routine Medicare‑covered services with standard appointment lengths and access.
These amenities are not reimbursable by Medicare and are funded by your concierge membership fee.
You will continue to receive all routine, medically necessary, Medicare‑covered services at Hyatt Clinic whether or not you enroll in Platinum Care. These are billed to Medicare (and your supplement/secondary, if any), with standard deductibles/coinsurance:
Membership is optional and not a prerequisite for accessing Medicare‑covered services at Hyatt Clinic.
Note: Fees cover only the concierge amenities listed above and do not include Medicare‑covered services.
To preserve access and quality, Hyatt Clinic accepts only a limited number of Medicare patients. Enrollment in Hyatt Clinic and in Platinum Care will close when capacity is reached.
Is Platinum Care insurance?
No. It’s an optional membership for non‑covered amenities. Keep your Medicare and any supplemental insurance.
If I don’t join, what do I get?
You’ll receive routine Medicare‑covered services at Hyatt Clinic with standard appointment lengths and standard access.
What’s the difference I’ll feel as a member?
Longer visits, priority access, direct messaging with your doctor, an included urgent home visit once per year, and expanded wellness support not covered by Medicare.
Are medical procedures included in the membership fee?
If they’re Medicare‑covered, they’re billed to Medicare as usual. If elective and non‑covered, they may be available under the concierge program or at published cash rates.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The membership term is 12 months; you can cancel with 30‑day notice. Any refunds are per clinic policy.
